Dr. Musisi Fred Kamoga is the New Academic Registrar of Muteesa I Royal University. Dr. Musisi holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in History from Nelson Mandela University of South Africa. He has served in various capacities since joining the University in 2008.

He joined the University as a Lecturer in the Faculty of Education and in 2011 became Dean of the very Faculty. He served as the Kakeeka campus Director between 2012 and 2019 but also in 2016 served as the Ag. Deputy Vice Chancellor in Charge of Academics for six months.

Dr. Musisi is now to head and coordinate all matters to do with teaching and learning at the University and thus is to oversee admission and registration of students, examining of learners, graduation events, curriculum review and to also be secretary of the University Senate and its Committees.
